Kazim Sengonul

Turkish Football Federation UK Representative and National Teams Senior Scout.

Kazim has been professionally scouting and representing the Turkish Football Federation since 2009.

After graduating in Sports Management (specialising in football) he began his career as an amateur coach – coaching age groups U6 to U16. He then commenced onto freelance scouting. Subsequently, he was recommended to the Turkish National Team Manager, Fatih Terim, who  appointed him as the UK Representative and National Teams Scout for all age groups.

Kazim has successfully added several players onto the system, where some have gone on to play for the Senior Turkey National Team. Part of his duties as the representative is to arrange and attend National Team Camps in the UK as head of delegation or administrator of the team.

He is a sports management graduate who went on to obtain his UEFA A licence, Scouting, Talent ID, Football Psychology and Match Analysis licences.

Kazim is also a graduate from our own PFSA courses.

Having watched and analysed players in over 1500 games in a period of twelve years, Kazim has extensive knowledge in talent ID.
