Winston White is a former footballer who has played over 600 professional league games with a number of teams notably; Leicester City FC, Bury FC, Burnley FC & West Bromwich Albion FC. This exceptional sporting background followed by achieving a Sports Management Degree followed by an MBA in Leadership & Management, qualifies him for many key posts in the sports industry. His transition story makes him a perfect example of how to build a second career.

Winston enjoys multi-tasking and currently manages an agency, finding young football talent worldwide. He sits on a number of executive boards that are focused on providing showcase opportunities for young people in sport. His love of sport, particularly football is perfectly matched with his expert knowledge, creativity and business acumen. His dedication and professionalism, has allowed him to maintain a very impressive network of contacts in the sports and business world. He is also the founder of the Winston Cup International Soccer Tournament, played annually in Naples, Florida where he currently resides.
